Returns and Exchanges
I make every effort to properly package the pottery to avoid breakage. However, if a piece should arrive broken, please send me a photo of it ASAP, generally within 5 business days to arrange for an appropriate replacement or refund.

If you are not happy with your purchase, I am not happy with the sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me to address the issue. If you wish to return the product, please contact me within 10 days with your intention to return it. Once I receive the item(s) undamaged, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item. shipping costs, to and from, are the buyers responsibility. Return shipments must be sent insured. Items should be returned no later than 15 days after purchase for a full refund.
